Mrs. Antoinette Rodriguez

Antoinette Rodriguez is the proud principal of Bethune and Carver Early Learning Centers. With over 14 years of experience in education, Mrs. Rodriguez has served as a classroom teacher, curriculum coach, and school administrator.

She began their career teaching first and second grade at New Sarpy Elementary before moving into leadership roles as a curriculum coach at Allemands Elementary, Mimosa Park Elementary, and Norco Elementary. For six years, Mrs. Rodriguez served as Assistant Principal at St. Rose Elementary, where she worked closely with early childhood and primary grade classrooms.

Now leading Bethune and Carver Early Learning Centers, Mrs. Rodriguez is excited to support teachers, students, and families while fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and community.

Outside of school, Mrs. Rodriguez enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is the proud parent of Gabriel (9), Evangeline (7), and Scarlett (0).
